Under federal law his mail is his mail, and yours is yours; even the mailbox is technically under "federal" control even if you're the one who bought it and mounted it on a post or your house..... If you believe there is mail that is addressed to you alone he may be violating federal law; the best way to find out is to go to the post office and have mail in YOUR name held for you so that you can pick up your own mail; check w/ your local postmaster about how to go about this. If there are bank accounts you know or suspect include your name, you can go to the bank and have YOUR funds separated into your own account. Otherwise, it sounds as though you're living a medieval nightmare. Depending on what you think the reaction might be, you can also go to a family law attorney and "rattle the sabre" of a legal separation -- if he's in control of the money he may become liable to pay you separate maintenance and for your attorney fees -- be careful about what the consequences of standing up for yourself may be and best of luck.
