Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband has been cheating on me for the past 3 months. we rent a house, most bills are in his name, he has asked for a divorce but technically doesnt have any leagal grounds. I want to file asap but have no money for laywers we have a 10yr old daughter, and im 3 months pregnant can i take my daughter and leave the house what are my leagal rights?

You and your husband have an equal right to custody of your 10 year old. You can leave, but what purpose does that serve? If you have no money for a lawyer, what money do you have to pay for your and your kid's bills? Do not let your emotions govern your actions. You need to do more planning.
