Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I need help. My husband is very controlling, and smothering to me. I have been cut off from all money. After I learned that my seven yr old daughter had been touched by my fifteen yr old step-son. My husband says that I am lying about this and that I told my daughter to make this up. He has questioned my daughter without me and told her that if she wants her brother to come home that she needs to change her story. my husband has told me that he is going to let the house go. Meaning that he is not going to make payments on the morgage. He knows that I don't have anywhere to go. No money, no job. How can I get him to leave the house that his name is the only one on. And let me stay here with the children? How do I keep him from taking my children?
