Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex husband is going against the court order about visitation with our son. What can i do right now about his visitation.

How is he going against it? If he is not exercising his visitation, there is nothing you can do about it. You can not force him to visit with his son. If it is something else, you need to reask your question and be more specific.
