Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex husband as custody of our two children ages 9, my son and my daughter is 11. He resides in Illinois and I reside in Indiana. I have visitation every other weekend on SAturday mornings at 10am til Sunday at 6pm. My ex though continues to sign my son up for extra curricular activites during my visitation time and expects me to continue to get him there even though I resides a hour and half away from him and regardless of the fact that it continues to cut down the little amount of time I have my children. My daughter cries everytime she leaves because of the little time she gets to spend in Indiana where she was born and attended school and has family here that she adores but get such little time to spend with them. I have made sure for every game with everything he signs him up for that he is there, but this continues to go on and it continues to cut into any time I get with my children. I told him I attend church on Sundays with my children during that time and if he wanted to continue signing him up for things during the times he is with me in Indiana that he would need to come pick him up for his games and I will drop my daughter off at the regular time so she doesnt have to miss out on anytime as well. He has told me that I can not see my son then until the season is over, which is never because everytime he ends one thing he signs hi up for another. This is not fair and is interfering with my visitation and my rights. What can i do about this?

You are in a no win situation. Your former spouse has set you up to be the bad guy. On one hand, if you were still together, would your son be involved in the sport. If the answer is yes, then figure out a way of handling it. If the answer is maybe or no, then you need to go back to court and ask the court to order him to come to indiana to pick up the boy on sundays.
