Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband (deceased) had a QUADRO when he divorced from his first marriage. His first wife for who the QUADRO was written has since died. Is the QUADRO null? Can those monies be returned to my husbands pension so as to increase MY survivor benefit?

Can't tell. The right to the funds may default to you as his legal heir at law, or to you and others (if he had any descendants from his first marriage) or simply to others if there was a default or successor designation. Take the paperwork to an attorney to review.
