Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my husband divorced me through publication in 10/07. i found out about it in 11/07 and enter a jugdement to vacate the dissoultion of marriage and it was granted because he lied all through the proceeding. the reason why I entered the judgement was because we had matial property( we are no longer in contact), and I no longer want anything from him, just for it to be over. I have not recieved anything from the court and recently look the case up on the internet and i see that they have a court date as recent as 1/8/10 but i did not recieve any notification and it states (strike from the call allowed). I just want to know does that mean that the orginal judgement was reentered for the dissoultion of the marriage and the marriage is OVER.

No - it means what it says - the case was stricken from the call. All matters that were pending still pend. You must take an active roll in your case. The court does not have any real obligation to notify you of anything. It is your responsibility to monitor the progress of your case.
