Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my husband and i got divorced over a year ago. we put our house up for sale but have not had any luck selling it.If i go ahead and move out what will happen to me owning 1/2of the house. will i have a say about who lives there and ect. will my ex be able to use this against me and say i abandoned the house?

If you move out, you're not abandoning the house. Many homes on the market don't have any occupants. As long as your name is on the Deed you have ownership status.
