Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my husband has been divorced for over 4 years however, he and his ex had a time share that they never disolved. they continued to pay on this time share until 8/2006 at which time she refused to make another payment. my husband continued to pay and payed it off and continue to pay the maintenance. he has paid $11,000 towards the time share without her assistance and the time share is worth $11,500. she found out that he had paid off the time share and used it for a weekend which was offered to us as complimentary. she still refuses to pay and tells him to sell it and she wants half. she told him over 2 years ago that she was not going to pay and to let it go into forclosure. he ultimately wants buy her out for the amount of half the time share minus what she would have had to pay. she wants him to pay all the fees to sell and then just give half of $11,500.

the property should have been dealt with in his judgment. If she is not paying her share, then go to court and ask for either reimburesment or forced sale to him
