Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband and I are divorcing. We have 2 children and reside in Kane County Illinois. I am currently unemployed and my husband is currently unemployed. I recently received a job opportunity in Colorado. I have relatives in Colorado who would be willing to help care for my children while I am working. It is the perfect situation for me and my children but my soon to be ex-husband is refusing to allow me to go. What are my options/chances as far as relocating?

You'll need a court order to relocate the children, otherwise a body attachment/warrant will be issued if you flee with the kids.
