Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If my husband got an emergency order of protection because we are filing for divorce and he didn't want me near his things while he was out of town, will this stay on my record forever?

A judge would not enter an OP merely to protect personal property. That is not an appropriate reason for an OP. He must have claimed more than that. And yes it "stays" on your record, whatever that means.
