Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband falsified my contact information address and phone number. Well I missed a court date over custody of my kids because I never received any papers on the court date with what he had did. I originally had court over this on 12/08/10 but now that they see I missed my court date they gave full costudy to my husband. I am in need of some help please. I would never take my kids away from my husband. I would like to have joint custody but my main question is what do I do about him falsifying information so that I would miss court. I guess my husband and his lawyer set up a pre date and then he said that I had moved and gave her random information. Please please i need some advice of what I can do.

Hire a lawyer and file a motion to vacate the order within 30 days of its entry. And since 12/8/10 is tomorrow, this does not make sense.
