Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex husband has filed bankrupty chapter 7 in the state of florida. I have a court order for child support. Do I have to file any paper work with Florida to ensure I receive my child support in Illinois.

Child support is not discharged. You do not need to do anything, unless his employer has stopped taking out your current support.
