Husband Last Name
I just found out that my husband last name is not legal. Although he has been using another name on his birth certificate it is his mothers maiden name. Does this mean I am not legally married to him?

Naming is generally a totally separate issue to marriage. What name's on the marriage license? Look into that issue a bit but likely you're married if a legal civil marriage was created...you went before a minister or judge and signed-off on a marriage license.
