Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

hi, my husband left me about 3 weeks ago, he was cheating and moved in with the other woman. he wants to stop paying for everything that i use. car insurance, health insurance ...... i work at walmart but he makes a lot more money then i do. does he still have to pay because we are still married? he left me with two kids at home. ages 17 and 19.

So you need to file a divorce and seek a support order. Get off your butt and do something for yourself and your kids, (The 19 years is not entitled to support unless enrolled in college or special needs child.
