Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband and I are not legally seperated neither has custody of our 3 children I let them stay there to finish school but he all the sudden wont let me talk to them.His family is no help they refuse to help out they want a divorce what can I do?

Each of you has an equal right to the children. If you let them stay there, you consented to his possession of the kids. If he is not giving you access to the kids, you need to go to court - probably file a dissolution of marriage action and seek custody of and access to the kids.
