Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Husband is living with an Illegal Alien

My soon to be ex-husband is living with an illegal alien and her four children by 3 different fathers. The child custody case is going to trial and I'm looking for case studies for my situation.

Also what are your opinions on how a judge will rule on this based on the best interest of my two children?

I have reported her to ICE and local authorities.

Re: Husband is living with an Illegal Alien

The problem is that the issue of citizenship does not really affect whether the child is in a bad environment. I would guess that a Mexican citizen who is a good mother and provider for her children would reassure a judge more than a U.S. citizen who is a felon.

Chicago is a safe haven city I think, which means they won't help deport illegals, which while a crazy policy, means you have to do the work yourself. Keep on with ICE. Good luck.
