Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband and I have been married almost 21 years and recently separated. He receives social security disability and VA disability. Am I entitled to any part of either one of these?

Depends on several factors. One is children. Also, what is your ability to work. There are no simple or universal answers regarding maintenance. If you have children together, then you are entitled to a % of his benefits automatically. Let me know if you have any more questions.
