Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
My husband is mentally abusing my children. He video records them during visits saying that I lock them in the bathroom if they don't steal money from their father. They are 4 & 6yrs old. He has them say that all the doctors who have evaulated them are liars! My children have told everyone that it's not true and dad wants them to say this. Now it seems that their visits will be supervised with dad but it looks like they want me to pay for the supervised visits. I am unemployed and he is receiveing unemployement(he stopped working when I asked for divorce)he told me he would work and be paid in cash. He doesn't pay child support regularly how can they expect me to pay fee for supervised visits? I think its ridiculous he paid $13,000.00 for psycological evaualtion. I will not pay a penny for his visits, what can the court do to me?

Make the visitation unsupervised if you will not pay for it. there are agencies that will supervise and charge on a sliding scale (in Chicago)
