Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Does my husband still have to pay child support on his 17 & 14yr old if the mother has alienated them from him? She cut off all contact between them & their father...except child support, of course. We currently do not have the funds to take her to court to enforce our visitation rights...divorce papers say we can get them upon request.

Your husband's relationship or lack thereof is not a basis for not paying support.
