Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband and I are in the process of a divorce and custody battle. Nothing has been decided yet. I got a full-time job after we separated to support my self and our two children, ages 2 and 5. He recently voluntarily quit his job in order to claim that he is available for the children all the time and is trying obtain custody and child support from me. Also, my job is contracted ( I work through a temp agency). Can he do this?

Why not. it does not mean he will be successful. Judges are not stupid. They understand game playing.
