My husband had PTSD always put temper in home ,also he fail drug test due to weed .and he wants divorce me . i want to know is can i get whole kids costedy?

AS of 1/1/16 Illinois no longer has custody - the court allocates parental responsibility and parental time - if you can establish his PTSD has a bad effect on his ability to care for the kids, then you will be allocated most of the time as responsibilities, but if it has little effect, then it might not be relevant. His use of weed, which may be medically prescribed, may not help you.
