Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex husband puts things on the internet about how he wishes I would die and different ways. My daughter sees these comments. He generally talks about how he hates me and that Im stupid. What can I do? His wife texts me that I am a b word and a horrible mother and how my kids dont deserve to have me as a mom.

I am not your attorney, but if there is an existing court order regarding these or similar issues, you could ask the court to modify it. If there is no court order, you can always petition the court to have such an order entered. I highly recommend hiring an attorney to represent you in either situation, because parenting issues have a tendency to get complicated quickly.
