Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
My ex husband puts things on the internet about how he wishes I would die and different ways. My daughter sees these comments. He generally talks about how he hates me and that Im stupid. What can I do? His wife texts me that I am a b word and a horrible mother and how my kids dont deserve to have me as a mom.

As he is the ex already---- If there is a provision in your judgment that bars the parties from talking about each other and the case, then he is in violation of a court order - and you can seek contempt. Otherwise, he can legally denigrate you.
