My husband receives occupational disabiltyand we are possibly divorcibg or legally separating. Will I be entitled to a percentage of this settlement ubder the 750 ILCS 503/3(a)?

Your entitlement to a share of the disability depends on certain aspects of your marriage, including length of marriage, other property and assets, relative earning capacity of spouses, and any other issues relating to the court's determination of fair and equitable share of property and debt acquired during the marriage.
