Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband and I recently adopted a 16 year old girl and her 8 yr. old brother. It has come to light that the girl is a pedophile and has touched her brother. I want her charged but I don't want him removed from my home. Is there a chance that could happen?

Yes. If your daughter stays in the house. They both probably can not stay in the same home.
