Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband recently had DNA testing done, and found out that the girl he had with his ex-girlfriend really isn't his. The girl has his last name, and his name is on her birth certificate. How do we go about changing her birth certificate and her last name?

All the matters is whether he signed the VAP. If he did, he will have to pay support even if he is not actually the father.
