Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband just recently withdrew all his money from a 401k acct and we deposited the check in our joint bank acct. Well I found out he was cheating and asked him to leave I m not working so I withdrew all the money from are account and paid off bills. Well now he is upset and says he is going to seek legal advice cause he says he didn't authorize me to put the check in our account but he did and its a joint account. I want to know if I will be getting in trouble for that check

All the money is marital, so either of you can do what you want with the money.
