Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex husband reduced the child support when our oldest graduated from High School. I know that the child support was going to be reduced but he did on his own. No court order. I don't even know how much he makes? Can he do this?

No. He still owes the original amount until a judge says otherwise. If you retain an attorney, you should be able to get back your legal fees since he is violating a court order. Let me know if you have any other questions.
