Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

husband refuses to provide financial info

How do you get an uncooperative husband to provide financial information so that we can establish a child support agreement? The courts keep continuing this issue, giving ''another'' chance, but it is evident that he has no intention of providing it. My payroll/financial info has been submitted several times over the last 2 years, but his hasn't. Trial date for the final divorce is approaching, but still nothing from him. Without this info, will the court still be able to finalize this divorce case?

Re: husband refuses to provide financial info

No - why don't you have a lawyer - I don't understand how a court would let him get away with it for two years.
