Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband and I are separated and one of us is going to be filing for divorce. He is going to get a worker's compensation settlement in a couple of months. Am I entitled to any of that money. We were living together when the injury occurred and at the time of surgery and recovery. I do work so my income supported us while he was not getting his full pay and had to continue to pay child support to his ex-wife.
