Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband and I are seperating. We have two cars. They are both only in his name. The car I drive I pay for out of my paycheck. The payment is taken out before my check goes in the bank. i use this car for work and to transport our 16 yr. old. My husband says he is going to sell it since I want a seperation. I cannot get financing, in a chapter 13. What rights do I have
