Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex husband got a servant package from job. I get permanent maintenance and he hid it from me . Am I entitle to half of this money? What should be my argument in court?

Unless your maintenance is a percentage order, what right do you have to a portion of his severance package? If after his severance he got a job and as a rsult his income jumped, you may have an argument for an increase in support, based upon his increased income, however.
