Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
My husband has threateningly and fraudulently sent me to my country and has filed for divorce behind my back, I can't re-enter to US because I don't have a GC and my case is abandoned. Now as he filed for divorce, I did not receive any notification or papers, I think I have missed my hearing because I simply did not know about the divorce case, I found it from website when I had a doubt because my husband was refusing to talk to me via emails, letters and phone.
Now what are the options for me? Is that okay with the law that the defendant don't even know about the case? what can I do now as he is having all my property because I did not know that I won't be back, my husband told me that he will come to take me in one month on travel document, which was a lie. What are the options for me to delay process or at least inform that my husband has not served me papers or something like this?

There are a lot of facts but very little idea what you want. Like many legal matters, it's all about what you are seeking. Re-entry to the US? Avoid the divorce? Alimony? What? If you are an adult citizen of a foreign country you can at least apply for a tourist visa to come back and confront him. You can secure counsel and arrange for a court date to appear on a tourist visa. You can even handle the matter remotely to a point with affidavits. But first you need to let us know what you want to accomplish. Some folks might be happy to be rid of someone who is as deceptive as you say your husband has been.
