Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband walked out on me and our special needs children in August. He moved out of state, does not pay any child support, its been five months. He wants me to pay him spousal support. I make more money but we were not married 10 years, he has worked customer service for over 15 years and he actually has an associates degree while I only have some college. Would a judge order a non-custodial parent spousal supprt?
