Divorce courts retain "continuing jurisdiction" over these kinds of cases. You need to go back to court to demand your visitation rights. I will say this, however, that it is very unusual even in this day and age for the mom not to have at least joint custody unless it was voluntarily relinquished, there is something that happened that prejudiced the situation against you or you didn't have adequate legal representation in the original divorce. If you did have a lawyer you may very well have to pay him or her to get back involved, and if there is a divorce decree that incorporates your visitation rights you will have to seek to have them enforced.
