Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband and his ex wife got divorced in Illinois. The divorce, child support, custody, and visitation all went through the court there. She moved with their daughter to Arizona a year ago. We moved to Indiana 4 months ago. Now that no one lives in Illinois, shouldn't the court change to one of our locations for any court related issues?

The court does not change the place where the matter is heard unless and until one of the parties asks for that relief. Did Mom move to AZ with Dad's knowledge and consent or an order of Court. Custody should be litigated in AZ, as the child lives there. Support should be argued in IN unless Dad agrees to litigate it in AZ. Or it can stay in IL
