Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband of 32 years I caught him cheating ,through his phone. Hes having an affair. He treat me like roomate.And told me its gonna be like that he do what want I can do what I want. I choose to leave my house because I feel that hes putting stress on me and my daufghter.as of February I move out from my room and finally left move to apt June 10 of this month. what is my options for separations or divorce . I am mentally drain and emotionally sad.. He never gives me money. He took me out of his checking.Slowy taking me out of his name.What is the law requirement on my side?
