Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband of 24 years left my 3 children (17, 18, 27) & I unexpectedly while we were at work/school. Quit his job, shut his phone off, & moved to Florida with a woman he met online. He wants nothing to do with any of us & we now have no way to reach him. He's not on our mortgage loan but hasn't signed over homestead rights. I'm trying to get my loan modified to afford my mortgage alone & they say I need him to sign away homestead rights. What can I do I'm in Illinois he's in Florida he abandoned us & I can't reach him to get him to sign.
