If my husbands ex gets a restaining order on him for the children they have together and anything be done to our son we have together even though i have no fear for my son

This is somewhat confusing. The child you and your husband have should have nothing to do with the children he had with his former wife, unless there are additional facts you are not sharing that would somehow tie everything together.
