Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

iam being falsly accused of child neglect and or sexual abuse after i took my kids mom to court for joint custody. now im being harrased by dcfs frequently. they are talking to my family members and not me. they are even reguesting to know who my current girlfriend is and or her children, do i have to answer that?
