Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

? on IL Court Orders

In 94 my x wife and daughter moved to FL and have since returned to IL. Since her return she has denied visitation completely. I have petitioned the court for modification of visitation to reflect their return. In my 94 order it states: Xwife hereby agrees in the event any costs or expenses including attorney fees, are incurred by (my name) in enforcing any provision of this agreement or obtaining any right provided herein that X shall pay all of said costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees. If I hire an attorney to represent me in this matter could she still be held responsible for reimbersment of attorney fees? Or, is this part of my 94 order void now that she has returned to the state.
