Move in where? Your home? No, not by itself if your place is zoned to allow roomers, for free or for pay (rent). But does it look wrong? SURE DOES. Could it be child endangerment? COULD BE. Insufficient information too if there is a divorce decree involved, or other unknown facts. You are the parent, not a friend or buddy, and as risky as it may seem to challenge your child, you need to set reasonable limits. If you need help with this and her other parent is around, both of you should be involved with this even if you have sole custody. If not perhaps there is a grandparent, or trusted other relative, and if not perhaps a trusted clergyman, or social worker from school? And if he's destitute, I'd rather see you help some other way.....If she bolts? Another issue but you have to do what you think is right for her....Good luck.
