In Illinois, is chid support based on Gross or Net income?

In Illinois, if one or both parents remarry is child support reduced?

In Ilinois, if a woman has a child while married and gets a divorce and has a child with another person is this person awarded support from both fathers? At what percentage? If she is not colloecting from one of the father's is there something the other father can do to have this rectified because ultimately he is supporting a second family?

Hello. In Illinois child support is based upon net income.

If one or both parties remarry in Illinois, child support is not affected, unless the non-residential parent's income increases or decreases.

In Illinois, the father of each child will be ordered to pay child support.
