In Illinois, can a girl leave home at 17 if she has a place to stay?

Have heard this but need to verify it?

Against the wishes of her parents? Or just in general?

She can't against the wishes of her parents barring a court order. In other words, if the parents say no, she can't do it, unless the court orders that she can.
