Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Im in Illinois. Im married with 2 kids 15 and 13. She cheats, abuses alchohol and spends money frivously when we do not have much. She does not have a job and has know plans on getting one. I want a divorce but I want her out first. We do not have a lease but have been in the same place for 3 years. Since I am the bread winner can I have her thrown out legally? Thanks Mike

No. The only way to force someone out is if a court determines, in the context of a pending dissolution of marriage action that her conduct endangers you or the children.
