Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

i am an Illinois resident. i am 17 turning 18 in 9 months, i want to know when i can move out without getting anyone in trouble?

Anyone? When you reach 18 you are an adult and do what you want. If you want to do something before hand, you need to be declared emancipated by court order.
