Illinois restraining order (order of protection)

If the court finds that the person filing for the order has exaggerated the truth or outright lied,

besides throwing out the case can we ask that they be fined and held in contempt of court?

Can I sue to recover my costs ie. attorney's fee, travel cost, lost wages? What are my chances

of winning?
