its important that i get custody back of my kids

Well to make a long story short, my ex husband took custody of my kids behind my back. And now I find out that he is doing drugs, has alot of people living in ''our'' home theres no food , and when i have my kids with me on weekends , they do not want to go back. I fear that he is spending all his money on drugs, he has 3 incomes coming in every month and there no money to provide for my kids. Is there anything i can do to get my kids out of that household?

Of course. You must go to court and Petition for Custody. Also, if your children are in immediate danger which it sounds like they are, you can get an emergency order of protection until you can get a hearing.
