Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Can I include my wife as a creditor in my bk? I know child support will not be discharged.

Your former wife is a creditor. just because she is listed does not mean she is discharged, but the law says you have to list all your creditors. You are signing the papers under oath. You can not pick and choose whom you list.
